And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. “Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. ”

“We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on……

“Flotte ferieleiligheter med kort avstand til Sunny Beach. Vi bodde der i nesten 2 uker tidlig i slutten av juni/begynnelsen av juli. Trivdes veldig bra der ilag med barn på 14 år. Eneste dårlige med stedet er at det ikke blir vasket gjennom hele oppholdet(det er private ferieboliger de leier ut i følge mannen på hotellet) Man får nye håndduker og dopapir hver 4 dag,og sengen blir skiftet på etter dag 8. Ellers et veldig flott sted, som kan anbefales hvis man ønsker å bo på en rolig plass i……

“Roel Apartments kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Die Abholung und der Transfer zum Flughafen haben spitze geklappt. Als wir ankamen konnte ich gar nicht glauben wie toll die Wohnung gelegen ist! Man hat einen gigantischen Ausblick aufs Meer und auf Sweti Wlas. Die Wohnung selbst ist riesig. Man kann in der Küche wunderbar frühstücken mit Bergblick. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man eben so braucht . Möchte man nicht kochen, hat man jede Menge Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch das……

“Not a complete kitchen one big pot no small saucepan or frying pain no toaster A effort to find the wifi password why couldn’t they leave a small card with it on ? Unfinished wires out of the walls timber near the washing machine cupboard, it would have been handy to have information on how to use the washing machine and oven ”
