“Overall very good but the basics were minimal, there were was only 2 toilet rolls for our stay of over 3 weeks. There was no cleaning equipment for dishes. There was no washing machine powder. Basic essentials were missing, otherwise very happy.”

“If you are looking for a quiet stay we highly recommend this VRBO. It’s in olde town Spoltore, Abruzzo Italy. It was very quiet, peaceful with a beautiful views and scenery. The power and internet was a bit weak, it dropped a few times, we also lost hot water. Washing machine was very small as well, only held a few shirts and maybe 1or 2 jeans/pants, no dryer, but has hanging racks. Spoltore is a very lovely town but very little restaurant choices and very few people able to speak English. We……

“If I could give this place and the owner 10 stars I would have! Not only was the apartment beautiful and spacious but was stoked better than any VRBO I've stayed in. The host/owner was there to great us with fresh produce and everything we needed for a "proper" Italian dinner. “Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand……

“We had an absolutely lovely stay in Loreto Aprutino and in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is right in the old part of the town and has a beautiful view of the landscape from the terrace and the small balcony on the second floor. All facilities are in good condition, clean and well adjusted for the apartment. The only thing we would wish for is a small freezer as the freeze inside the refrigerator did not work very well. A big thank you to Eric and Rita for a wonderful stay in this……
