The views were stunning and lake access was wonderful, though there are about 30 steps to get down to the water, so keep that in mind if any in your party have trouble negotiating stairs. The house is spacious and very homey, with wonderful country touches like handmade quilts and small decorations. Communication with the owners was super easy and they are very responsive. “I cannot say enough about how great this cabin was. Perfect for our family as we were there for a wedding. So much space, well kept, and had so many amenities. My wife even commented that she would love to own a place like this for us to use more regularly. A huge thank you to our hosts!!”

“This wonderful little cabin is beautifully isolated. A very quiet place indeed. It is sparsely but furnished for functionality. It has all the basics to enjoy the lake it was meant to be. The water is deep enough for swimming and is crystal clear. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. The property manager, Gail was very supportive and prompt in all communication.”

“We spent 2 nights at this cottage In October. Fun fact: my grandparents built this cottage in the 60’s and I spent many summers there in the 80’s and 90’s. I was happy to find it available as a vacation rental! The owner has updated the cottage, but kept its charm. It’s very cozy and well appointed. The screened in back porch is perfect for summer nights or rainy fall days. The location is very serene and quiet. During the summer, swimming and canoeing from the dock is perfect. “We had fun. It's nice.”

“This property was exactly as described and very comfortable for being small and relatively simple. Has all the necessities and some extras, namely a very nice hot tub. I didn't notice how close to the highway it was until after I booked. This is both convenient and somewhat noisy. Still, the traffic noise was not bad inside. The cabin was very clean and Lance was a responsive and great host.”
