“This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. The hotel seemed to block me most of the time. ”

“A very nice、 small hotel. Located near the end of the old town. The surrounding at night is quiet. The bed is comfortable . There is a small refrigerator and a safe box in the room. The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. “Ottima posizione nel centro della vecchia Sarajevo ad un passo dal mercato tristemente famoso per la strage avvenuta e vicino alla bascarsjia (posto imperdibile da visitare).Dalla struttura risulta facilissimo visitare a piedi quasi tutto quello che interessa e per le attrazioni o posti più lontani i mezzi pubblici sono relativamente comodi e raggiungibili. “I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water. Breakfast: expected alot more for 5 star. It was average. Dinner: excellent food. All dishes……
