“The hotel is very good and very relaxing. They changed the policy for towel mid-stay, initially they gave pool towels on request then at some point they said I needed to rent an additional card to get a towel, they couldn't charge it directly on the room so they wanted me to go back to the room and get my credit card, that was a bit of trouble for just a towel (especially the pool towel are not super quality so why the trouble). “应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。”

“Hotellissa oli todella siistiä ja huoneet olivat hyviä. Huoneista, siivouksesta ja henkilökunnan ystävällisyydestä voisi antaa hotellille 4 tähteä, mutta aamupalan heikkous laskee sen 3 tähteen. Aamupala on suunniteltu miellyttämään englantilaisia asiakkaita. Altaan vesi vielä toukokuussa todella kylmää. Miinuksena myös se että siivooja käytti meidän puhelimen laturia.”
