“網路免費，但永遠不能用跑動太差了，飯店離市中心很遠，但是有電車可以坐，櫃檯人員不夠專業沒有主動告知客人坐電車到市中心，而且這家飯店是我在波士尼亞住過房間最小的。飯店的周圍都沒有餐廳”

“櫃檯人員非常友善，每次看到都是耐心回答客人的問題。退房當天搭乘早班巴士，櫃檯人員除了協助叫車，也提醒我們可以帶一些東西當早餐。房間很大、很安靜，離老城也不遠，非常方便。”
