“Je nai pas pu y aller car la réception etait fermee. Ils m'ont écrit juste apres la réservation pour me dire que ce n'était pas possible. J'ai demandé l'annulation car le paiement est passé, ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas nécessaire mais le paiement est quand même passé. J'ai du contacter votre service client et j'attends toujours... super service”

“Very clean and comfortable place with a full kitchen downstairs and free tea and coffee all day. Location is at the top of a hill very close to the Stari Most but in a really quite area. They accept credit card and euros as well. About 15 minute walk from the bus/train station. ”
