“Very convenient location. Though as others have said, it's a steep wallk uphill to get to it; if you have a car, they have parking onsite. They also have a shuttle that will take you around town at a reasonable price, or you can call a taxi in five minutes. Great apartment amenities. But what really made this place stand out was the incredible service provided by Muhamed at the front desk, who went way out of his way to try to fix something for us that had nothing to do with the hotel. “Perfect hotel for our family stay. We had a car so the free parking definitely helped as did the location meaning we could get out to Travnik and mostar quicker. Will definitely stay here again. Everyone was friendly and the entire place was clean.”
