“Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room .”

“The room is ok, air condition did not work but fortunaly the room cools down opening the balcony. Room amenities is not up to par for a four star hotel. Staff are friendly but did not resolve the AC problem. ”
