They changed the policy for towel mid-stay, initially they gave pool towels on request then at some point they said I needed to rent an additional card to get a towel, they couldn't charge it directly on the room so they wanted me to go back to the room and get my credit card, that was a bit of trouble for just a towel (especially the pool towel are not super quality so why the trouble).
