“The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice. It is beautiful here. The view from the porch is absolutely amazing. Location is close to anything you need. We kayaked nearby, hiked, ziplined, and fished every night. My kids even braved the dark to try some catfishing! They are HUGE and plentiful from the fishing area! You feel very secluded there. We even saw the Milky Way! We grilled, watched movies and just had a wonderful time!”

“The Chalet was truly a perfect weekend getaway! We stayed two nights with our dog, Meeko, who had the time of his life exploring. The Chalet was beautiful, clean, and private. We enjoyed a trip to the caverns which was very convenient and spent the rest of the time at the cabin. There were board games which we played endlessly and the firepit was awesome. We roasted hot dogs and smores and enjoyed the outdoor space. The hot tub was clean and the relaxing. The views were just magical. A 10/10……

“This was the perfect romantic getaway. Communication with the property was so easy and fast, I asked about a couple details including the type of coffee maker (keurig duo) and they responded within minutes. We did have issues hooking up to the TV but it wasn't a top priority so didn't impact our stay. Cabins 9 and 10 are the first two you see when you drive in, so I can see how other cabins might be more ideal but we didn't have any issues with privacy even with tenants in the neighboring……

“We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Falling Leaf Cabin and had so much fun! We had meals at The Chop House Bistro, Dsrk Horse Irish Gastro Pub, West Main Market Beer and Wine Garden, Gathering Grounds Cafe and Glen Gordon Manor - all were fantastic! We loved the back deck and were often relaxing and reading our books out there. The hot tub was the best - seeing the fireflies at night in the yard was special. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was available for any questions we had.……

“Very nice place. Cute cabin with lovely views. The fire pit are with a covered couch swing is great for evenings. If you are an early riser, there are nice sunrise views of the mountains. Enclosed property so you feel safe at night. We even dozed off one night on the swing looking at the stars. Hot tub was good and seemed well cared for. Landscaping is nice.Cabin itself was clean with updated fixtures and a good kitchen. We did see a few wasps by the deck. It appears there are some traps and the……

“We enjoyed our little get away. The house was clean and didn’t smell as if pets had been there. The instructions were very helpful, especially for the driveway. It is in the woods, so bring bug spray if you want to sit out on the deck. ”

I would give a 10/10 if I had to just pick a few items...a dishwasher would be nice, and maybe a queen beds because the rooms are big enough. But everything was great they really thought of everything from the firewood, to camping chairs, to fishing rods, etc. WONDERFUL!! ”
