“We enjoyed our stay despite the dead ants along the walls. A little pricey for a mobile home location. My sister and her family stayed in an upscale home on the water a bit farther down the road and the cost was the same. We were recommended this place by my brother-in-law because the cost was lower, but when we booked it the price was more than double for each night. We did enjoy our stay though.”

“Charlie's Place was delightful! A cozy retreat - clean and just as pictured with comfortable furnishings and an amazing shower. It offers a terrific lake view from inside and out. After a day of exploring the town, we enjoyed coming back to relax with a drink and snacks on the front patio. Great location, easy to get to local dining and shopping - Lake City Creamery was a favorite. Bren was easy to work with and a great host who tries to think of everything you might need for a comfortable……

“The house is decent , nothing fancy. Refrigerator was very loud with a knocking noise The back yard was good for kids, didnt let my small dog off leach as ther were some bent fence planks and gaps. Close restaurant called Lakeside hideout has yummy pizza ”

“My sister from California and I came to relax and reflect. It was a comfortable get-together in a beautiful location. Though cold and windy, the view from the lakeside picture window was stunning and watching the birds fish on the lake and the fish jumping was picturesque. And the hot tub was perfect. The owners obviously take pride in providing a well apportioned environment with impressive special touches. I hope to go back some day. Thank you Brian and Jerod.”

“This house had the most beautiful sunset view we have ever seen on Indian lake. We have been renting houses on the lake for the last 20 years. The only thing that we would suggest for future renters is some sort of guide for lighting and tv/remote control situation. Oh, and maybe some condiments (ketchup/mustard) that have been left. Ps ...the people who are afraid of them won't use them. Caught fish off the dock. It was a great stay and we would love to stay again!”

“Overall, we were happy with our stay. The coffeemaker is one that uses pods, there were no ice trays. Lock to apartment was fiddly. Could have used a draining tray for washed dishes. And the stairs smelled like pot a few times. It was great being downtown and able to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Loved teh bluetooth stereo and being able to log into and be automatically logged out of streaming services on the tv.”
