“Tolle Begrüßung, sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben immer wieder Ratschläge für Ausflüge und Mittag und Abendessen erhalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse im ersten Stock auf den Fluss. Wir haben uns die zwei Tage richtig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier hinkommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr ehrlich und zuverlässig.”

“Good value good WiFi. Should turn on air con one hour before guest arrival though if this is known ahead of time. Super helpful staff. Pictures of pool should be downplayed in advert because it is small IRL. ”

“Staff were friendly. Difficult to find in Ghanzi, need better directions”

“Das Zimmer war etwas basic, jedoch sauber. Für eine oder 2 Nächte ok. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Negagive war nur, daß es schwer zu finden war, da es keine Straßennamen gibt - nur Plot Angaben und die sind nirgends ersichtlich”

“We booked and pre-paid for our rooms. Upon arrival, the receptionist was first not aware of our booking, but could then find the booking and payment confirmation e-mail from Expedia.com. However, they claimed that they hadn't received the money from Expedia, and thought it was *our* responsibility to make sure that Expedia pays the property, and they refused to check us in and show us our rooms. Expedia staff tried to be helpful and explained how the manager can initiate the funds transfer, but……

“Neat as a pin, perfectly clean and comfortable. Attentive staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. Safe and secure parking. Rooms are well appointed, linen is spotless, beds are firm and pillows are fresh. Bathroom is tiny but it does the job. The beer is cold, the menu is basic but the chef does a great job and we had a very good meal here. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.”

Hotels.com will just steal your money and but you through a very dangerous situation once you'll arrive to this accommodation, at night, and you will be told that there is no room for you and your child since they don't work with hotels.com. Hotels.com will find all ways to not take your refund request into consideration. Hotels.com is the closest to a scam you can get. Run!”
