“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are……

“We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful. ”

“I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. “Property sits on the other side of the island opposite Grace Bay. Very quiet area. Not commercial at all. The lagoon villa we stayed in has all the amenities we expected and face a very beautiful lagoon. I would recommend this place to family looking to chillex.”

“I think this was literally the best place we have ever stayed. From the friendly greeting upon arriving at the hotel with a cold towel and a beverage, to the water bottles and bag of homemade cookies in the room....top notch all the way! The beach was unbelievably gorgeous and relaxing. Food was awesome at The Deck and Seven. All of the staff were helpful and courteous. We are definitely returning. ”

“Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”
