“Great beach, sand and water (world class)! Great staff… Nice pools and the food was as good as anyone would need. There were certainly better restaurants on the island but they had enough in the menu to get you through the week. - Would have been nice if they mentioned a hotel was being built next door and I would have to listen to construction my entire vacation. It wasn’t terrible but they should have mentioned it at booking. ”

“Property and Mr. Grouper business are great. The area round it is a bit rough. Also, there are minimal other businesses available in the area. Most things are about 30 minutes walk away. The staff try hard, however, and, the rooms at lovely and very clean. thanks to Jane for all her work today on our behalf.”

“Property manager Lisa was terrific, answering all our questions in a timely manner. Condo was comfortable but the two chairs in living room could use attention. The sofa was comfortable but good use a good cleaning. The kitchen was well equipped but one frying pan definitely needs replacing. Overall my wife and I loved the property. The beach was private and kayaks, boards etc for use was great and swimming pool was very nice. We had several days not leaving and just enjoying relaxing by pool……
