“I think this was literally the best place we have ever stayed. From the friendly greeting upon arriving at the hotel with a cold towel and a beverage, to the water bottles and bag of homemade cookies in the room....top notch all the way! “I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine.……

“We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful. ”

“Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”

“Absolutely the best place to stay! We went for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. Staff was so incredible and friendly! We enjoyed Saturday especially when local vendors came in. The food was amazing and we got to try so many new things. Blue haven was very underwhelming and we didn’t have access to Salt after taking the shuttle over there. But didn’t let it ruin our time! We actually cancel our fire and ice reservation so we could spend our last night at Alexandra. Entertainment was……

“Property sits on the other side of the island opposite Grace Bay. Very quiet area. Not commercial at all. The lagoon villa we stayed in has all the amenities we expected and face a very beautiful lagoon. I would recommend this place to family looking to chillex.”
