“The staff deserve 10 stars!! They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. “I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“It was very well kept, the rooms were very clean, the staff very attentive.. What I would say even though the pool is open 24hrs it needs more lights.. but overall great stay.. and I would also like to mention Daniel was great in making accommodations to and from the beach.. overall thanks for welcoming us it was a pleasure 🙏 ”

“Our experience was excellent the young lady was very pleasant. She let us check in early because of the hurricane. We were also granted a late check out and she even treated us to taxi ride in town to get coffee and something to eat. I would definitely stay here again if i were in Turks and Caicos again. ”

“Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”
