“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. “Everything was great about Windsong, the only exception is getting rides to dinner was quite expensive. We could ride bikes during the day, but walking to places like coffee shops would be too far. We had to take bikes, which was fine during the daytime. At night it didn’t feel like a good option to walk in the dark for dinners out at local restaurants. Everything else was excellent including the cleanliness and awesome room accommodations. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.”

“Property sits on the other side of the island opposite Grace Bay. Very quiet area. Not commercial at all. The lagoon villa we stayed in has all the amenities we expected and face a very beautiful lagoon. I would recommend this place to family looking to chillex.”

The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. “We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful. ”
