“The experience using VRBO was relatively easy. Once we secured the down payment and paid the final installment, communication with the owner was reached via email. Prior to arrival we received check in procedures and was met by the owner for the initial walk through of the villa. Owner was always reachable via phone for anything and was always professional.”

“This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium.”

“Property manager Lisa was terrific, answering all our questions in a timely manner. Condo was comfortable but the two chairs in living room could use attention. The sofa was comfortable but good use a good cleaning. The kitchen was well equipped but one frying pan definitely needs replacing. Overall my wife and I loved the property. The beach was private and kayaks, boards etc for use was great and swimming pool was very nice. We had several days not leaving and just enjoying relaxing by pool……

“This was an absolute gorgeous Villa, we stayed in studio 2 and really enjoyed it. The beach is 2 min away and within 5 min you are downtown and have dining an shopping options. The studio offered beach chairs, and an umbrella. While you don’t need it for grave bay beach (they have beach chairs) we used them for the other beaches we went to. We would definitely rent this gem again. ”
