“The property was prettier than the photos. Cute little studio. Perfect for a couple. Very quite. The pool was almost and grounds were very pretty. Lush gardens and flowering plants. We walked to the beach and good restaurants were nearby. Mango reef and Baci were both excellent restaurants s. We also rented a car and drove to Chalk Sound.”

“My husband and I stayed three weeks in February and had a wonderful, relaxing time in this clean, comfortable, and well-appointed unit. The complex is on the northwest tip of the island, which is quite remote and quiet compared to other locations we've visited in Providenciales. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bedroom was cool and the bed was comfortable. The complex is right on the beach, which has plenty of beach chairs and shade structures. “I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“This property is beautiful and quiet. We were always able to fine the perfect beach chair or place by the pool. The property is well cared for by friendly staff. The restaurant is all we needed if we didn’t want to leave the resort. ”

“My husband and I booked last minute for a quick getaway! The condo was clean and close to everything. We did rent a car to get around but you can walk to multiple restaurants and Smiths Reef from the condo. Great little spot to stay and explore what the island has to offer. Would definitely stay again! ”

“Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise.”

“The listing was exactly as described! All of the amenities were perfect and top notch. Proximity to stores, restaurants and the grocery store was great. The villa has all of the comforts of home. “We all loved our time spent at 304 VR. The condo was exactly as listed and didn’t lack for anything. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. We spent much time on the balcony. We never had a problem getting beach chairs. The seaweed was minimal. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Just bring bug spray. The no seeums and mosquitoes were out in force at dusk. ”

“We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. Altho much smaller than expected, it was fine for just the 2 of us. The second bedroom is very tiny w/o a closet and there is no dinner table, however, we dined on the outside table all the time anyway. We were able to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants the entire time. The beach in front of the resort is gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Villa Renaissance to others. Had a wonderful time!!”

“We stayed for almost a week and loved our time at Margarita's place. The view was spectacular and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was nicely laid out and worked perfectly for our family. We would definitely come back.”

“This was our 5th time to Grace Bay and by far the best yet. We have stayed at Coral Gardens Villa del Mar, Alexandra and Royal West Indies and this condo at Villa Renaissance is the best of all of them. Everything was beautiful, clean, kitchen well appointed and the view from our 2nd floor patio of Grace Bay was breathtaking. We will definitely be back here next near.”
