“We all loved our time spent at 304 VR. The condo was exactly as listed and didn’t lack for anything. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. We spent much time on the balcony. We never had a problem getting beach chairs. The seaweed was minimal. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Just bring bug spray. The no seeums and mosquitoes were out in force at dusk. ”

“We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. Altho much smaller than expected, it was fine for just the 2 of us. The second bedroom is very tiny w/o a closet and there is no dinner table, however, we dined on the outside table all the time anyway. We were able to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants the entire time. The beach in front of the resort is gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Villa Renaissance to others. Had a wonderful time!!”

We have stayed at Coral Gardens Villa del Mar, Alexandra and Royal West Indies and this condo at Villa Renaissance is the best of all of them. Everything was beautiful, clean, kitchen well appointed and the view from our 2nd floor patio of Grace Bay was breathtaking. We will definitely be back here next near.”
