“Amazing condo! Great amenities in the house. Wagon for our son and beach items, beach chairs, beach umbrellas! Walking distance to Grace Bay strip. Awesome pool in the backyard. Everything was super clean! Communication with host was quick, helpful and easy! Would absolutely stay again ”

“This place was about what we expected. There was no paddles for kayak. Deck by the canal was unsafe. The bed was decent, shower was hot toilet flushed and laundry worked. Overall I would stay again for the value.”

“We had a very nice stay at seascapes. It was very clean, modern and fresh. The condo has tons of space and was well appointed.”

“My family and I had a fun and relaxing week at the White House. The location was absolutely perfect for us. Great views. A nice snorkeling reef right out front. A fun restaurant. It is in near all the action without being right in the middle of it. The owner is responsive and helpful. The staff at Coral Gardens are really nice and aim to please.The house wasn't as clean as we expected when we arrived (doors/walls were quite dirty) and the place, while nice, could definitely use a face lift……

“4 couples in our party and we all loved everything about this place! ”

“Beautiful property. Angel was the best with the whole checking in and out process, he was also able to help my friends and I when our car battery went out. He is the best ! ”

“Bed was very comfy. A/C was more than ample. Great screened in porch area. Easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to the ferry and into town. Quiet neighborhood. Though we did see fireworks out the window one night! We found all the kitchen staples we needed and it was great to have a few bottles of water in the fridge to start. We never did find any plastic wrap or foil. Some things were dated. We did think the TV is small and at loudest, hard for my wife to hear. The coffee maker also……

“Accomodation was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely kind, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. There are some stray dogs in the area so if you're scared of dogs keep that in mind, but overall we would highly recommend this stay! Thanks again!”

“We were there for two weeks and this rental surpassed our expectations! It is located in a quiet residential area. The kayak and paddleboard were great! We kayaked out to the ocean and found a little beach we could hang out at.The owners were great and very responsive to messages.Thank you again for sharing your lovely home! ”

You can’t tell me there was no other way to contact me re: ck in procedure.Furnishings are outdated and some in poor shapeCeiling fan in LR did not……

“Pool house by the beach was perfect for our family of 4. And within a 3 minute walk of Bight Reef! We felt totally safe, and Judy’s staff took care of every detail. We can’t thank you enough for an amazing memorable vacation!!”

“Love our stay at Villa Villace! The house was clean, and well located. It was right on the canal, and we went kayaking there. Five minute drive to Grace Bay. Only surprise was the extra cost of the air conditioning. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The house was perfect for our family spring break, which included 5 adults and 2 children. Our grandchildren, ages 7 and 4, loved the pool. Perfect location and close to several beaches. We provided Leslie with a food order, which was delivered and refrigerated upon our arrival. I highly recommend Pure Water Villa!”

“We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.”
