“Amazing one bedroom cozy property, highly recommended ”

“We have been fortunate to vacation on Providenciales 15 times so its obvious, we love this island. This condo was GREAT. Great location. Great views. Great beach steps away. Great kitchen. Great staff.And Shane was great with communication especially during my research 9 months ago.We are so glad we picked this condo for our latest 10 day Provo vacation. The next comments have nothing to do with the the condo itself as they have zero control over a new resort being built 50 feet away and……

“Everything about our stay was wonderful! The resort was quiet, beautiful and steps away from the beach. Our condo was perfect for the two of us - newly renovated, exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything we needed… plus more! The king size bed was very comfortable, I might add. Our hosts, Collin & Kate, truly thought of everything. They emailed a comprehensive welcome packet to us before our trip and there is also a physical paper version in the condo, which we referred to multiple……

“We had the best time at Coral Gardens. The check-in was quick and easy and the resort staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The condo was clean and very much as the pictures showed. “The place had everything and the location was unbelievable. Right on Grace Bay and just steps to the beach. It has to be the shortest path to the beach on the island. This complex also puts the chairs close to the water unlike most of the other hotels/resorts we saw on Grace Bay. The property manager and host were very accommodating and responsive. This unit also provided a chilled water station and even refilled it during the stay. This was icing on the cake for a unit that already had……

“Our state could not have been more perfect than it was. It is definitely the best unit on the entire resort. We did not know how perfect the location was when we booked it, but we could not have chosen better not only is it well decorated well stocked and very comfortable and clean. It is literally right in front of the coral reef that everybody comes to on the island. We will definitely return to this unit if we ever go back to Turks. Cannot recommend enough. ”

“The condo is 100% as listed and pictured. This is not a “resort” in the sense no onsite bar, restaurant or entertainment. We were not expecting any and had actually selected a condo for the calm. The kitchen is well equipped as we cooked every morning! The balcony is very big and an end unit so much larger than others. Full table and seating area there so enjoyed our breakfast there everyday. Loved the snorkel equipment in the closet. You can easily walk down to Smiths Reef and snorkel right……

“View and location were great. This is my 9th trip to Turksin 3 years and I always stay on Grace Bay (West Bay Club, Royal West Indies, and Renaissance); we have always had wonderful, warm front desk people except this trip. It wasn't just me who experienced negativity it was myself, my husband, my son and daughter in law. If this was a once and done, I would never say anything but it was different times and individually we were treated like we were a nuisance. At the other locations, we are……
