“This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back.”

“Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.”

“This place was absolutely adorable—so cozy and relaxing! Waking up to the ocean view every morning was incredibly peaceful and the perfect way to start each day. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, including some of our favorite little beaches, great restaurants, an ice cream shop, and several grocery stores. You won’t be disappointed if you book this spot—it truly felt like a hidden gem. The hosts were amazing and responded immediately to any questions we had. We can’t wait to……

“Beautiful location to unwind and enjoy nature!”

“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are……

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”

“This property is located close to the beach. 5 minute wall plus a shuttle every hour. Pool is gorgeous and great for swimming laps. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always plan activities ”
