“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”

“My husband and I celebrated our 16th anniversary at this location. There were no working elevators, which meant we had to walk 11 flights of stairs just to get down to the first floor and of course back up once we were done for the day. The room we stayed in was ok, but I think the room they gave us was the room that they do laundry in. They were doing laundry in our room upon arrival and the day before we left someone knocked on our door to do more laundry while we were in the room resting. ”

“Property sits on the other side of the island opposite Grace Bay. Very quiet area. Not commercial at all. The lagoon villa we stayed in has all the amenities we expected and face a very beautiful lagoon. I would recommend this place to family looking to chillex.”

“This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at the Artist's Studio! It was spotless and Iliana was very responsive & quick to answer any concerns/questions. We loved being away from the hustle & bustle of the downtown hotel area and being able to walk to a quieter beach & to Smith's Reef. It's great to be able to snorkel just off the beach at Smith's Reef! We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal or just reading & relaxing. We enjoyed Mango Reef Restaurant & don't miss a special night out at……

“It’s a great location for those like us looking to be away from the hustle and bustle but yet not be too far a drive from it all. And the layout works well inside the unit and the condo has a great pool and amazing beach. However our unit only had a view from the corner of our deck and was tucked below another unit and stairs without impacted our light and air. We just solved it by not being inside much. And if you’re grilling for dinner beware that’s across the way in a spot that removes you……

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”

“This property is located close to the beach. 5 minute wall plus a shuttle every hour. Pool is gorgeous and great for swimming laps. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always plan activities ”

“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are……
