“Amazing condo! Great amenities in the house. Wagon for our son and beach items, beach chairs, beach umbrellas! Walking distance to Grace Bay strip. Awesome pool in the backyard. Everything was super clean! Communication with host was quick, helpful and easy! Would absolutely stay again ”

“This place was about what we expected. There was no paddles for kayak. Deck by the canal was unsafe. The bed was decent, shower was hot toilet flushed and laundry worked. Overall I would stay again for the value.”

“Bed was very comfy. A/C was more than ample. Great screened in porch area. Easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to the ferry and into town. Quiet neighborhood. Though we did see fireworks out the window one night! We found all the kitchen staples we needed and it was great to have a few bottles of water in the fridge to start. We never did find any plastic wrap or foil. Some things were dated. We did think the TV is small and at loudest, hard for my wife to hear. The coffee maker also……

“Accomodation was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely kind, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. There are some stray dogs in the area so if you're scared of dogs keep that in mind, but overall we would highly recommend this stay! Thanks again!”

“We have been going to Grace Bay for 15 years. This is, by far, the best trip we have ever had. We have stayed in many of the top resorts on Grace Bay as well as Chalk Sound. Poolhouse by the Beach surpassed them all. The house has a prime location - literally a short walk to the beach. We were able to spend our time on the beach then go back to get ready for dinner and walk back to plenty of close restaurants. “We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.”
