“Central to beaches and great restaurants this cottage is perfect for your stay in Providencialis. It has everything you need and nothing you do not. The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do! The hosts were very welcoming and provided an escort to the cottage. This helped us easily navigate the island. We loved our stay at this cottage. It will always be our TC home”

“This was a last minute trip and couldn’t have been easier or more beautiful. We’ve seen many beaches around the world and Dragon Cay and Mudgin Bay left us speechless. Snorkeling, swimming, walking/hiking, sleeping, lounging. Would have take advantage of paddle boards and kayaks but ran out of time. Cafe was delicious each bite. “The his house was amazing for its location and privacy. It was a perfect stay to relax and enjoy the nice surroundings. Beach was so close and the sound of the waves at night made our sleep so pleasant.I would jutst add that the house may need repairs and upgrades. Otherwise it was al perfect. ”

“We stayed at Dragon Cay for a small get away. The villa is as described, “very clean”and has a nice screened in area with two loungers. The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water. To the left of the stairs is an outside faucet to rinse any sandy feet or beach clothes. We had a bit of an AC problem and reported……

“Beautiful property. As someone else mentioned it isn’t 5 star luxury, but the views and the proximity to the beach is perfection. It is a little run down, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t spend much time inside. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch starting at stunning views.”
