“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”

“This property has only been open for a few months. It is stunning and decorated so beautifully and tastefully. The grounds are amazing and the water was perfect. Since they have only been open a few months I think they are still working out the kinks. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and polite but sometimes they were not sure what things were or where they were or if they could make a certain drink. “New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door.
