The location was perfect for Capitol Reef National park. We had 5 people and so our 5th person slept on a cot, which they said was very comfortable as well. “Our large family of over 30 people stayed for 5 nights in July. The property is beautiful with lots of outdoor and indoor gathering space. The sports court, playground, fire pit, and wide grassy area were well used. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough for all of us to be eating together at mealtimes. We liked being separate from town, but close enough to get any supplies we needed in nearby Loa. We did need to drive a ways to get to other places we wanted to visit, such as Fish Lake, and……
