“This house was super clean and had plenty of bedding and linens for everyone. The kitchen was stocked well, and there was ample seating for meals. We do wish there was a larger gathering place for everyone to sit together, but other than that, the house was perfection! ”

“This is a large single-story house with a master bedroom at one end, 3 medium-sized bedrooms clustered at the other end with two living rooms and a kitchen in between. The quality of construction and furniture were basic, but everything worked well. The location in town was perfect for us. The house fit our needs well.”

“Nice accommodation just as pictured and described. Spacious and perfect for two people. Well stocked kitchen was adequate for making simple meals. Parking is convenient for loading/unloading the car and the property location was great for trips to trailheads within Grand Staircase Escalante. We also took day trips to Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks. Host was good with communication and responsive to our questions. ”

“We had a great time staying at this unique home in Escalante. Even though it was cold outside we stayed nice and warm. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The hiking was amazing, the area is beautiful and would definitely stay again. ”

“My son, two adult grandsons, one teenager and myself traveled from Phoenix area to attend a funeral. There was plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Nice backyard with patio and BBQ grill. Rocking chairs on the front porch. The entire home was spotless. Theres even a cabinet filled with games. We are considering a return to this home in late summer to enjoy some hikes and beautiful scenery. ”

“Fantastic new property. Close enough to Capitol Reef for day visits. Owner was very responsive. The only downside was the AC/heater unit is outside the master and is a bit loud.”
