“We booked this property because of space, location and hot tub/ pool. When we arrived after long day of travel the hot tub was unusable because of prior renters. Although property was inspected we had to report the issue with hot tub. Management responded fast but we had to wait til next day. Pool person was fantastic! Nice space to hang out!! ”

“This property was clean but dated, although we did have an ant problem. If you're looking for a place to just crash after a long day in Moab or the National Parks, this place is perfectly fine. But if you're looking to hang out in a really nice, comfortable property, this isn't it. The picture in the listing doesn't really reflect what the property looks like today. “We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Alyssa was very quick to communicate with and respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again.”

“There were some issues with the cleaners who didn't start cleaning until it was time for us to check in. They asked for an hour to get it clean which we gave them. 2 hours after check in time we arrived again and they were still cleaning. We contacted the management team and they were quick to respond and provided a quick resolution to any issues or concerns thathat we had.t”

The property was perfect for our group of 3 guys with a bedroom for each of us. the two car garage was a bonus, enabling us to park our trailer indoors and keep the bikes safe and secure overnight. It was clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen and quality bedding and towels. We will definitely return.”
