Describing this charming 900 sq.ft two-bedroom apartment is easy because it's hassle free.
The unit is fully and elegantly furnished to ensure your comfort. It features contemporary modern furniture, a well-equipped kitchen (suitable for preparing a Thanksgiving meal for eight) with new appliances. Adjacent to the dining room is a six-foot workstation with ample space for two adults to work side-by-side. Additionally, there is a 50 square foot pantry for storage. The unit includes one full bathroom (five foot tub & shower) with an additional wash basin and cabinet. The two charming bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed.
Having been fully remodeled this past summer the unit boasts new paint, drywall, lighting, new kitchen cabinets and fixtures, all new appliances, as well as new bathroom fixtures & cabinets. Everything has been updated.

The Boulder Downtown Transit Center is also easily accessible, just eight blocks as is the iconic Pearl Street Mall. Easy transportation is available just south of the building via the RTD transit bus stop, eliminating the need for a car.
