“We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Inn! It’s a cozy little hotel with no frills but love that it is dog friendly. Be aware that you must call and request a dog friendly room. We had a little problem with this as we were told by a hotel staff member after making our reservation that we “should have picked the dog friendly room on Expedia” but that was not a choice, and were told we “should have just scheduled directly with the hotel.” However, the manager was able to edit our reservation and we……

“We had an amazing time at Lutsen Sea Villas! The quiet, spotless townhome with gorgeous Lake Superior views was perfect. We loved cozying up by the fireplace and the kids loved chilling in the huge loft. The kitchen was nice for our quick meals. The kids had a super time shredding Lutsen Mountains’ awesome ski slopes nearby!”

“Rooms are nice and clean. Sauna is advertised, but has been broken for several months. They have no idea when owners are thinking of repairing. Outside trash bins overflowing with trash. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. Trash was never dealt with.”

“Very nice, comfortable stay with a lovely view of Lake Superior and walking distance to everything in Grand Marais. The self check-in directions were very straightforward as was checkout. It was really nice to have someone send me a text message thanking me for my stay and reminding me of the checkout time and directions. Will absolutely be back!”
