“We loved the bones of the house and for the price, we were quite satisfied. Plenty of space, nice layout, beautiful staircase and foyer. Nice fireplace in the living room. Excellent kitchen, nice dining room. The house was, in it's time, a real beauty and the setting is very peaceful...but it's time for some TLC on the property in general...carpets, doors, woodwork all need re-freshing and or reworking. Bathrooms are clean but in the original 1950's condition. A water softener/filtering system……

“I had my wedding and reception here. It was a small outside gathering, however, it was perfect. The property is gorgeous and quiet. Another plus it was so much cheaper than a venue and we had it for the weekend. I highly recommend for anyone whether its a stay or a small gathering!!!”
