“I had an amazing stay at the Bel Air Hotel in Guyana! From start to finish, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful but Robin and Michael truly went above and beyond.
Robin made sure I had breakfast every morning, helped me get taxis when I needed them, and even recommended fantastic local spots to eat when transportation was limited. Her attention to detail and care really made a difference.

“Melbourne Inn is a fake hotel which does not exist at the street address indicated at the Expedia website (29 Sheriff Street, Georgetown, Guyana). I have paid online for one night stay in Melbourne Inn, but had to stay in another hotel instead. Not sure if my payment is going to be refunded. ”

“The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!”
