The Beach Hytte - Stunning Sea View Penthouse

Enjoy your perfect getaway in this award winning 2 bed penthouse apartment with 180 degree sea views in the heart of the tranquil Alum Chine area of Bournemouth just a few minutes walk from the beach.

The property boasts two dining areas, one of which sits on the large balcony with views across Bournemouth beach and a bespoke wood burning stove for the winter nights.

The open plan kitchen leads onto a cozy living room where you can enjoy Sky Glass TV entertainment through super fast WiFi.

The master bedroom has a super king size bed, a wall mounted TV and large glass sliding doors to enjoy the view along with an en suite with a modern bath. The second bedroom consists of a cozy double and its own sliding doors with balcony views.

The main bespoke bathroom comes with a waterfall shower and two way glass doors to access from the bedroom hallway or the bathroom.

A uniquely designed property within 4 minutes walk to Alum Chine beach, great location and amazing views from the balacony! The hosts were great with communication and got back to us quickly. A couple of bits on the page aren't correct. There is no on-site parking (as stated on the page) and when I queried was told there is plenty of street parking, but during our stay (late August) we found it difficult to get parking in the street and with our disabled child this was quiet inconvenience. There is also no BBQ grill as stated. Most of the cupboards in bedroom 2 were filled with flat pack furniture and other bits making them unusable during our stay, again an inconvenience and at the price point I expected standards to be a bit higher. Overall a really amazing location and perfect for a family for day trips to the beach, even with the minor quibbles.
