“We loved our stay in this cosy log cabin close to Lake Louise. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. We were able to easily prepare pre-ski breakfast in the kitchenette and loved the wood stove after an epic ski day at Lake Louise. Very clean, friendly staff and we highly recommend!”

“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. “Room was as expected from listing. Could do with more storage for ski clothes for 4 people but was very nice. The pool and spa area is amazing and the restaurants onsite were great. A simple 10 minute bus straight upto the hill made it an easy stay. ”

“Everything about the stay was excellent except for one issue—the Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, and despite notifying the staff, it was not resolved during my stay. I recommend that the hotel reverify the Wi-Fi details to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. I look forward to staying again without this inconvenience.”

“Unit has some wear. Multiple lightbulbs burnt out especially in the bathroom which is rather annoying as it would of been such a simple fix prior to our arrival. Elevator was closed for repair and we were not informed of this until the day of check in and the message said it had started a few days before our arrival. ”

“The photographs show a hot pool in a cave environment. This pool is at another hotel. While the actual hot pool was very good, we felt duped! Otherwise the hotel was as expected and we had a good stay.”
