“Nice place, communication while at the property was difficult because the cell service is extremely limited. The Hosts were easy to communicate with when in an area our cells worked. They did everything that they could do to ensure our stay was a good one.”

“Communication was excellent. We spent two nights visiting family on our way to Florida. The accommodations were outstanding. The block and a half to walk to the beach was fabulous. As we were visiting in late November we had the beach all to ourselves. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“The location of the house was perfect 15 min to Rehoboth Beach. The bed was comfortable. My stay would have been better if there were hooks in the bedrooms for robes. The bathroom needed hooks as well for your towel. The tv in the livingroom was too high and the placement was awkward. ”

“This place was large enough to accommodate my family size of 10. There was plenty of room to spread around and not to mention, the house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could need. Sean communicates quickly and is very attentive to details. Thank you Sean.”

“This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property.”
