“My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. Coffee was great, I’d recommend salt and pepper shakers and possibly seal or repaint the balcony door. White rubbs off when you touch it. Other than that excellent……

“This property was just what we needed, there was 6 of us coming from Florida for a family funeral and we did not want hotel rooms. We wanted a place we could be comfortable and be able to socialize. The owners were very accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place. We have to come back in June for a wedding. Will definitely use this place again.”

“This was a nice stay for BC graduation. Not far drive to BC and lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean and great communication from owner. AC units are okay. 1 fan in bedroom. If staying at a hotter time, could use more fans. If owner wanted to make any upgrades I would say to add ceiling fans. Mattresses were great. My daughter said she had a great night’s sleep. Stairs are very steep to bedrooms. Older guests would not do well. Nice deck area but small yard is covered with ant hills. I……

“The apartment is in the "basement" of the house. The house itself and the Property are very pretty. The inside had to be accessed through the garage but you can walk right in without going up or down any stairs. The washer and dryer in the hallway work very well. In the room the microwave is new and works. There is also a towel fan and portable room heater. I did not find any central air conditioning controls although there were vents in the rooms. “Would definitely stay again! Spacious living area and bedroom. Love the sofa and the very comfortable bed. The soundproofing in the bedroom made it wonderful for sleeping. Great location within 1/2 mile walk of the main town area. Host is lovely. Will add a note of caution to be mindful that there is a full step down from the bathroom doorway to the living area as well as a bit of an elevation change at the doorway from the living room to the bedroom.
