“The property looked like the pictures. It was clean and nicely decorated. However, the email and phone number listed neither one worked. So, the day before our stay, we were tracking down the owners out of concern for a scam. We did reach them late the night before our stay. There were some maintenance type issues. No ice maker or ice trays, no garbage can for the kitchen, and the shower leaked from the ceiling. While all were manageable, the listing should state no ice. We had just come from a……

“This property was dishonest about the description of the place you'll be staying. It is titled as a 2-bed / 2-bath and only has one bathroom. It was also very gross, a pipe in the bathroom was leaking something weird, doors were not closing fully, TV didn't work, and cracks in the ceiling. The next-door neighbor said the whole property had a cockroach infestation. Would not recommend staying here or any properties by this individual. ”

“Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found that it looked nothing like the photos. The air conditioning was not functioning, there were large water stains on the ceiling that raised structural concerns, and an unidentified substance on the walls that appeared to be potential mold. Given these conditions, we made the difficult decision to leave and book accommodations at a Hyatt instead, as we did not feel comfortable staying there with our children.……
