“We had a great time at the Eagle's Nest. Our host, Michelle, was very accommodating and friendly. The property was clean and beautiful. The interior was immaculate. The tree carvings are amazing and Maya the Great Pyrenees welcomed us and escorted us to the front door :). We will definitely remember this place and return when we visit the LBJ Grasslands again! “My husband and I were in town for a family wedding. Most of the family stayed at a hotel, which had similar pricing—but we absolutely got the more enjoyable experience! The apartment is lovely—and the hostess so thoughtful. They accommodated an earlier check-in time for us so we could get ready for the wedding. When we arrived, there was a sweet welcome gift. “This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……
