“This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

The property’s amenities were exactly what my crew needed to enjoy, relax and all be present in one beautiful location. The highlight…the stunning colored longhorn, who was asking for attention visiting the fence line for all to see! Thank you to the owners for providing space for my family’s special event!
