"This is not a five-star modern top of the line hotel. But! Don't let that fool you! It is a great hotel with everything you need for a very good price! To include the breakfast buffets is and even better deal! I have stayed at Wilderness at the Smokies multiple times and I will continue to come back ..."

"Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool."

"Nice & quiet area. Grounds were pretty, plenty of parking. Kitchen could use a skillet or two. Additional paper towel rolls would be helpful. Fairly clean, needs new carpet in the bedroom and bathroom needs painted and deep cleaned."
