“Perfect place ”

“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. Transportation to and from the abandoned vessel is offered via……

“We had a fantastic time at Jackie’s property! She seems like a wonderful person and was so very nice. I think literally the only thing we wished was there was a pool with the very large backyard. The location was very quiet, neighborhood like. The access to the Cortez bridge was very close and the parking to this property was great. Inside you get a wow factor as soon as you walk in. I LOVE the open kitchen setup and the back porch is like the icing on the cake. Jackie had just about everything……

“Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.”

“We were there for 4 nights, went to the beaches there and done some shopping. It was cozy all we needed to be comfortable we loved being there beautiful neighborhood, beautiful vrbo, we definately be back thank you.”
