“We have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. It’s a mother in law apartment with its own separate entrance and direct access to the screened in pool. The neighborhood is quite which makes eating breakfast on the screened in patio a treat. ”

“I would describe this property as a very nice no frills type of place. It's clean and funtional. It was difficult to find the parking in the dark. Other than that no complaints. I did have an issue with the lock but Christianne was very quick and responsive with getting the issue resolved.”

“This was a well maintained, clean and crisp well equipped VRBO. My wife and I have stayed in many places in the Bradenton area...although the location was not perfect...the hosts made it a perfect stay. They checked on us each day, offered places to eat, easily contacted and responded quickly. Seriously, it is that level of customer care that makes any stay so good. June and Pete...great job and wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. We will be back.”

“Very clean. Felt like home. All essential cooking/dishes/dishwasher were there, all were very clean and looked almost new in some cases. Clubhouse was great. Pool water was heated so no issue swimming even when it was cold outside. Yvon answered all questions very promptly so communication with the owner was excellent. Really no complaints, we enjoyed our stay there. ”

“The bedrooms could use some curtains to block out the light. The only other issue we had was how loud the main road was outside the property. If you are a light sleeper it may be a problem. I found that the host was very easy to reach and accommodating. Location is great ”
