“Very nice and safe neighborhood. The room is extremely clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Only thing that I found as an issue and that may be just my issue is sugar was provided for coffee, but some of us cannot use sugar because we have diabetic issues and we need Stevia or a similar product. “The room itself was very clean and easy to access. Everything was within walking distance. (2 bars/restaurants, the pool, hottub, and the beach) The beach is nice but small, however, we liked that it was private and no one else was there but us. The only down side in our opinion is that the pool and hottub are closed after dawn. There is security onsite who enforce this. We were hoping to relax in it at night but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The water way behind the location we saw sea life……

“We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's condo at The Little Harbor. The location was perfect, and the condo size was just right. The condo had everything as promised - the kitchen, balcony, resort amenities! We enjoyed the week. Carmen was quick to respond to our questions, and was very polite! Thank you Carmen!”

“The room was perfect and just as described. The resort property is amazing and made for the perfect staycation. Plenty of options for activities including multiple pools, a private beach, gameroom, basketball/tennis courts, shuffle board, corn hole, fitness center, restaurants and more. “We arrived late at night (which was a little tricky) and spent the next three days really relaxing. The view from the balcony was amazing, and I watched pelicans fish, and saw a dolphin. "This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
