“My cousin and i came from michigan and stayed here to do some fishing the boat we stayed on was great it had everything we needed and the host was amazing and will hook you up with whatever you need , we seen some of the other reviews before we showed up which left us quite worried but dont believe everything you read... if your looking for something extravagant then this probably isnt for you im sure you can find a very nice house boat for 500 to 1000 a night but if your looking for a amazing……

“The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it.”

“Excellent. I am in Florida for disaster relief. No other hotels available. The owner made sure I had a place to stay and helped with anything needed. Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free……

“It was awful. We didn't stay, I honestly felt like my kids and I were going to be trafficked. They were an hour late, unapologetic, told me they had 4 last minute bookings, so why did they get priority over us who booked well in advance. A strange guy asked to motor us out to a different boat but said he'd have to clean linens first. They weren't going to leave a boat for us. It was pitch black. They didn't have my parking pass and didnt even know where I should park. ”

Brittany was awesome and accommodating with frequent changes. We had dolphins and manatees saying hi. Caught a small grouper off the boat!”

“A great adventure for a couple. Centrally located to all major attractions in Sarasota and just minutes from SRQ airport. Home is practically brand new and reminds us of our boating adventures. Make sure to kayak the canals and walk to the sunset beach in the little neighborhood to the west. Tom, the host was super helpful and did a great job in building the water home. Make sure you get the exact address of the marina too. Enjoy!!”
