“Great location. Updated unit which was very clean and comfortable. I did not realize I had to bring my own toilet paper, so we had to make a trip to the store after settling in. There is not 1 hook or rack to hang a wet towel or bathing suit. 3 bath towels given for 3 people so they needed to be hung to be re-used for a few days. There was no bath mat or extra towel to put down on the floor for getting out of the shower. There was no place to put luggage on other than the floor. Wifi barely……

“Our stay was very nice! I don’t think you can go wrong in Sarasota but having a space like this is vey special. We were here for a wedding so we had a lot of places to go. It’s in a great location- Central but not downtown. The bathroom is beautiful and nice and big with two sinks which is so nice when traveling with your partner. “Hurricane Helene came before we did, so we are glad we stayed above carport. The AC was wonderful due to high humidity but they need to also run a dehumidifier in the apartment because all our clothes smelled musty. Kitchen was nice to have. Bed was fine. Shower was strong and clean. Extra blankets could have been cleaner. ”

“I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. “Great location to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. We did a long weekend stay and it was a nice couples getaway to be able to see the sunset each day and enjoy the night life. Did not have a phone number for owner till after arrival, even after requesting several times before.
