“We would stay here again. We had to be in Toledo for an event and just needed a place to sleep. We arrived at 9:30pm and left by 7:30am. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was easy to find. It was clean. We used the fridge and washing machine. The neighbor was kind when I was having difficulty with access and offered to call the owner. I was able to reach him through VRBO and he was able to get us in. ”

“The property is as advertised. The kitchen is great and we loved the furniture in the front room. The other living spaces weren’t necessary for our group. You do have to go through the primary bedroom to access the shower. That didn’t bother us, but it might bother others. The property outside is awesome, but if you are fishing like we were, make sure you have someone good at backing the boat. I could see people struggling. That said, I would 100% stay here again and didn’t have any complaints.”

“This is a cute little guest house with a terrific covered deck amid lush gardens. The deck has a large dining table and is perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with family and friends. The house is just steps from the town's riverfront historic district, lined with shops and restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast is amazing and generous -- we enjoyed fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, pound cake, blueberry coffee cake, fluffy eggs, chicken sausage, lemon curd, raspberry……
