“The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. ”

“Quirky place high up in the mountains. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast and good sizes rooms, however the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours at all hours. We didn’t get much of a lie in! Our shower was luke warm and not very powerful. ”

“Good value single bed room in top condition and lots of space, with a very good buffet breakfast (if you arrive before 9 - after the choice was limited), a small in-house wellness sauna and access (8 minutes drive or free bus) to partner hotel’s impressive wellness centre (pool, several saunas, steam, plus charged treatments). Food in the atmospherically alpine dining rooms was good, if slightly on the expensive side. Not so good: the website promises a direct access to a lift and alpine run -……
