“We enjoyed our stay. Some minor concerns: the smoke detector was disengaged; the toilet seat wouldn't stay up and our key card failed to function on the day of our departure. Nothing really critical. It's a nice hotel and comfortable. ”

“We've taken the family to a handful of different hotels in the past few years all over the state of MN, and most of them have had a pool that was a little chilly. Not full on cold, but chilly. This one was pleasantly warm, so much so my wife even made the comment that it wasn't bad (she's always cold lol). If we're staying in the area, definitely staying here again.”

“Loved the lay out of unit. First of all the hot tub water was low. Very dirty spider webs and dusty.”

“Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked.”

“Craguns has been around for a long time. The buildings are outdated but clean and well maintained. All staff, both front desk and in the restaurants were great. Very friendly and helpful.”
