“Very private and secluded chalet. Has its own driveway so it is like your own individual cabin in the woods. Come and go as you like without worry of interrupting anyone. Close to town and fishing and hiking. Very comfortable. Loved it. Had an opportunity to speak with the original builder/ owner about the history. ”

“House is lovely, decorated with care, very clean, and very up to date. Cozy but not tiny, beautiful but still feels home-y. Yiselle and the property manager were responsive and helpful. Definitely follow their directions for driving - Google continually tried to take us a different way where there was no access to the house - and for getting in and out as the door can be a little tricky. Overall, a wonderful place. We come to the area every year and would gladly stay here again.”

“Great amenities, wonderful location. So peaceful. Also a really great spot for larger family get togethers. Activities for all ages. Well furnished (although would have loved a few more chairs on the front porch). Listing description was very accurate. ”

But if you want to sleep in, you may want to bring a sleep mask. Very peaceful and I imagine the fire pit would be fantastic in cold weather. Great and timely communication from the host. “We wanted a cozy place to stay over Christmas, and we found it! The house is older, but so full of charm! Everything from check in to check out was a pleasant experience. The hosts were amazingly responsive, and the house included so many wonderful touches (including a S’mores basket and cookie cutters!) to make our family trip a fantastic experience! Early skiing at Sugarbush was less than a 25 minute drive, and was a very uncrowded and beautiful place for our two teens to learn to ski for the……

“We stayed at the overlook for a family ski trip. It was the perfect place for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. The house was well appointed and what we expected, our hosts communicated well and it was an easy drive to killington mountain every day to ski.”
